- Non-refundable Fees: All medical consultations, including virtual visits, are non-refundable. Payment is made in advance at the time of booking, during, or after a visit, and once a service has been rendered, we cannot offer refunds.
- Appointment Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate you in a timely manner.
- Missed Appointments: If you miss an appointment without giving prior notice (24 hours or more), you will be charged the full consultation fee. There will be no refund provided for missed or canceled appointments with less than 24 hours' notice.
2. Prescription Services
- Medication Refunds: As part of our telemedicine services, we may recommend prescriptions based on the virtual consultation. Refunds for medications will not be provided as prescriptions are issued based on the provider's professional assessment.
- Prescription Errors: If there is a prescription error or issue with the medication prescribed, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the situation and resolve the issue accordingly. In some cases, a follow-up consultation may be required.
